I messaged the seller when the wigs arrived. The wigs were fine. The only issue I had was the packaging, which was 3 wigs crammed into a small flat rate ENVELOPE. I paid $14 for shipping and thought that would've covered a flat rate box so the wigs would not be shipped that way. The cost of shipping those wigs in that envelope was $5.75 ( 3x less than what I paid for) and she said it was because wigs were heavy. Understandable, but not when they were in that small envelope and the excuse was the shipping cost included gas, labor... And seller proceeded to charge me paypal fees after unless I paid through gift. As the seller, you're supposed to take responsibility to fix the situation. This seller blamed her mother and then will be punishing me (with bad feedback) for not understanding that her mother sent the package and it wasn't her fault. Says that fees are not normally included in lolita sales. Overall, this experience was horrible.
