The item I received was not as described. Seller described item as "Very beautiful and in excellent condition no tags but brand new." I would not describe this dress as being in excellent condition or brand new. The dress came with visible frays on the right side of the dress that will be difficult, if not impossible, to mend. While I do not expect a perfect dress that's a decade old, a damage of this kind should have been disclosed.
I would recommend anyone buying from this seller to get as many close up pictures of the item they want to buy right before shipment.
On the positive side, the seller has excellent communication and dispatched item as described. There was a delay to personal issues but the seller communicates this and let me know when the item would be shipped.

Dress was packaged very carelessly with nothing more than a single plastic mailer. I ripped a hole in the waist tie opening it. Please consider using better packaging

Seller had circumstances that prevented her from shipping at her original promised time. She was made sure to keep me updated as news progressed, which was fine enough since I'm rather patient. She reassured me with proof of items, so as reviewed, she has a really amazing communication response rate. Great seller, otherwise. Postage wasn't overcharged, like most sellers.

Everything arrived safely; however, the shoes were not padded or protected for shipping and arrived quite jumbled. I highly recommend padding shoes in some way to prevent scuffing or damage in the future.

Shoes came quickly! I wiped them down with a cloth and covered the small, noted scuff mark. There's an oddity with one of the straps that wasn't mentioned, where it had pulled out of the shoe and had been sewn back in (at least that's what it looked like?), but i don't believe it will be an issue. Would definitely buy from again.
