There isnt anything on lolibrary to confirm, unfortunately. I stretched the waist as much as i could without damaging it and I got about 15in flat. My waist is about 24-25inches but when i wore it there was some room. I cant imagine it stretching past 30inches. Sorry i cant give you a more accurate measurement.
